Returns - We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Must be in original packaging with tags attached.

• Sale items and custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected:

• We’ll notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges - Need a different size or received a defective item?

• Email us at alkebulannomag@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll arrange a replacement if the item is still in stock.

Return Shipping - Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect. • We recommend using a trackable service.
